MKH Drive Export is a private document integration operated by Tomita Software. It connects authorized Google accounts to My Knowledge Hub (MKH), a locally operated system for organizing, searching, and analyzing business documents.

How it works

The integration uses rclone and the Google Drive API to download documents and metadata from configured Google Drive sources. Google-native documents may be exported into DOCX, XLSX, or PDF. MKH identifies new or changed files, extracts searchable text, and uses locally hosted AI models to help summarize and classify documents. Local backups support recovery.

Authorized access

This integration is intended for the operator and authorized users. It does not offer public registration. Google account access requires the account holder’s authorization.
