MKH Drive Export — Privacy Policy

Operator

Tomita Software operates MKH Drive Export as a private integration for My Knowledge Hub. Contact alex@tomita-software.com with questions about account access, stored information, or deletion.

Information accessed

With your authorization, the integration accesses Google Drive file content and metadata needed to export configured document sources. Metadata may include names, identifiers, folder locations, file types, sizes, and modification dates. The Google authorization screen identifies requested permissions. Those permissions may cover more files than the sources selected for export.

Use of information

Information is used to download documents, detect changes, extract searchable text, and generate summaries or classifications within MKH. AI processing is performed using locally hosted models. Google Drive data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Document content is not sent to external AI services by this integration.

Storage and access

Exported documents, extracted text, and analysis results are stored on systems operated for MKH. Backups may contain copies and earlier versions. Operational logs may include file names, processing details, counts, and errors. Access is intended for the operator and authorized users. OAuth credentials are retained to maintain the authorized connection. MKH does not collect your Google account password.

Retention and deletion

Downloaded documents and derived records are retained until removed under the operator’s retention decisions. Deleting a source file from Google Drive does not necessarily remove extracted text, analysis results, historical records, or backup copies. To request deletion, contact the operator and identify the relevant account or documents. The operator will confirm the scope of deletion and any limitations affecting historical backups.

Revoking access

You can revoke the integration’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation prevents further authorized access through that connection but does not automatically delete information already stored by MKH.

Policy updates

Changes to this policy will be published on this page. Any new use of Google data requiring additional authorization will be disclosed before that use begins.
